SMS Terms & Conditions

Edson Chrysler offers two separate text message programs. The customer care program sends appointment reminders, service status updates, and replies to your enquiries. The marketing program sends offers, inventory updates, and promotions. You choose each one independently.

Opt-in is collected exclusively through the web form on this website at edsonchrysler.torq-landingpages.online. On that form you enter your mobile number and check one or both of the separate, optional consent boxes: one for appointment and service texts, and one for marketing texts. Both boxes are unchecked by default, and neither is required to submit the form.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Each program requires its own checkbox; checking one does not opt you in to the other.

Customer care message frequency varies based on your service activity and enquiries. Marketing messages are sent up to 6 msgs/month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Edson Chrysler does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply.

Reply HELP to any message from us and we will reply with support information.

Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving messages from that program. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. If you opted in to both programs, reply STOP to a message from each program to stop both.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your mobile number and consent status are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
